"ONTOE_INVALID_ITEM_WHSE" When creating Internal Order from Sapre Requirement HTML.

Hi,

We are getting an error message "ONTOE_INVALID_ITEM_WHSE" while creating internal order from spare requirement HTML by clicking "Quick Order" button . This  button  we are using to  create order quickly  from designated sources . but when we are adding the source manually its creating order without any issue.
