Modify passwords in 11g DBconsole

Hi Oracle,

We are facing issue on how to modify passwords in Dbconsole. But i not sure how to set the new password. My question is, For the new password it's we can put any password or we need to follow user name ?

i.e

username = SYS

New Password = SYS

Cofmr Password = SYS.

It's any document that mention the best practice to set new password for this issue. Please advise.
