P08720 - F08731 Employee Status Change Setup Detail

My client will be using the HR Employee Status Change functionality for its ability to have any F060116 information change to be approved first by a certain number of approvers before the info is actually updated in F060116.  I have tested it all and I am pleased with the emails generated including an hyperlink allowing Managers to either Approve or reject various Employee Status Changes; it works very well.

However I have mapped the various types of status changes my client will be using which amount to 14 different events (or Status Change types) and I found out that out of that list, there are only 5 fields from F060116 that we cannot select and attach to a new, User-Defined, Status Change type that can be used from within the program P08720. We understand that should we add those five F060116 fields to the fields already enabled for the P08720 Managers Employee Status Change program, we would also need to customize some of the tabs displayed in that program
