Change listener port in DGMGRL

Team,

         We had changed the listener port from 1526 to 1627 in production server last week however dgmgrl and arc1 process is still trying to use 1526 port. We had done the changes in listener and tns files and users were able to get connect using 1527. But archive and dgmgrl are using 1527 port. Upon analysis, dgmgrl configuration had 1526 port in setconnectidentifier.Will the issue will be resolved if i change setconnectidentified in dgmgrl. If so what should the step i need to follow. do i need to disable the database. Quick response is appreciated.
