Creating Move Order Tasks in Unreleased Status

Sales order tasks can be created in Unreleased status by using the 'Plan Tasks' option during pick release.

But do we have a way to create the move order tasks in Unreleased status ? By default MO tasks gets created in Pending, and we can update that to Unreleased. But is there a way to create them in 'Unreleased' status instead of  pending ?
