1095-C print dependents greater than number of rows available dropped

I have an employee that has over the number of dependents than lines available on the bi print form.  They are not printing on the next page or on the back, just dropped.  They are in the XML.  I have been trying to adjust the spacing and loop in the .rtf but even if I increase the rows from 12 to 14 in the variable being used the two missing are not auto populating in the new rows I am creating.  Any help would be great on how I can get the two to print.
