Cannot Access Planning App

Hi All,

My planning app was working fine till yesterday. Nothing has changed and today i cannot access the planning app also cannot import the planning app.

When trying to access the Planning app i'm getting the error "The application Name cannot be NULL. No applications are available"

When trying to import am getting the error "EPMLCM 13000. Service currently not available"

Please need advice.
