Pending BOM change question

Hello All,

We noticed that when redlining a BOM per an ECO in process, we can select pending revision on the pending BOM changeto review the BOM change. But this pending change is not visible when viewing an exploded BOM from the highest where used level. We are using Agile Version 9.3.1.1 (Build 43).Any reason why.
