NJ State Disability Insurance - Can I change it?

Hello,

I need to change the NJ Tax Disability Insurance Rate that currently feeds from Vertex to 0% since we are trying to provide this to employees as a benefit.

Can someone tell me where in JD Edwards I can do this?
