Problem with Import from JDE to MS Excel

Hi JDE Tech Community,

We have been having issue with one  particular user.

He is trying to import the data from JDE to Microsoft Excel. The JDE version is 8.12 and he is importing data from Lot availability screen.

In the Lot availability screen, the data is as shown in the first screen and he gets the imported in the format shown in the second screen.

anyone can help with this issue, Please.
