ACA 1095C Reporting And Union Employees

Hello!

I have a client that needs to report Line 16 of the 1095C with a 2E for their union employee population.  If you go to the Offer and Coverage Setup and just enter a Union Code the system requires a DBA.  How do you set this up when a union employee would not have a Medical Ins DBA?
