Question on material status and it usage w.r.t Subinventory status usage

Hello,

In our instance we have material status of Active with attributes for Allow reservation, Include in ATP, Nettable checked. Same  setup exist for material status Inactive . When we Inactivating a subinventory by changing status to Inactive and as these attributes checkboxes are checked. What does this imply. Attached screenshot for reference.

Is there a way to uncheck these checkboxes for these attributes . Does this attributes play any role, if the subinventory status is set to Inactive.

Any guidance on the above is really appreciated.
