lag in goldengate to be monitored by OEM

Hi,

Is there a way that GG lag can be monitored by OEM 12c? IS there a plug-in required for that?

What would benefit -should this lag be monitored by oem or crontab script(I mean what additional features OEM can give on gg lag more than the script which detects the lag in crontab in our servers)?Suggestions please
