Recharge and actual posting to the job

We have a requirement to recharge to specific jobs and have set the employees to RCCD = 2.  However, during bonus time or reclassification or certain jobs, we want to charge to that actual account that we enter in speed time entry.  Here's an example and the expected result that we would like.  Is the only way to achieve this if we change the RCCD =1 at the line level?  Does anyone else have this scenario?

Scenario 1 - Through Speed Time Entry Account Number entered = 0110992.1940.12345

1. Actual account in the T2 entry = 8200.7100

2. Recharge account in the T4 entry = 0110992.1940.12345

The above is our expected result as well as what happens.
