Accrual of Taxes on Sales and Purchase orders

Hi Conn

Can taxes be entered on a sales or purchase order at the time of entry creation and accrued? If so what is the AAI used to accrue the taxes and in the case of the PO when the order is received what happens if the taxes on the invoice are different. Are variances  created ?
