Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How can I get a CA Certificate for importing into Oracle Wallet Manager

I have created an empty wallet in the wallet manager on a Server with Windows Server 2012 Standard. Wallet manager Version: 11.2.0.4.0

Now I must import a certificate, but I don't know how. How can I get a CA certificate?
