Unable to find pricing modifier on Quote header

Hi All,

We are facing an issue wherein an order level modifier for price adjustment is not appearing on Quoting header. Same modifier is available on Sales Order Header. If anybody has faced a similar issue earlier, then please let us know what can be the possible reasons.
