Resetting or administrating manifest outside of Siebel Application

Hi,

Is there any way I can change manifest administration without using the siebel application? I applied a custom js to all list applets, but after some changes all the list applets are now blank, including the ones in manifest administration (so I can't remove the js from the manifest). Removing the js file or stripping it doesn't seem to help either, and I can't access the HI client due to some activex issues.

Help would be highly appreciated!
