WSJ View Output Error

Hello,

We are occasionally seeing this box when we click view output on WSJ.  We have not made any TR or ESU changes.  It seems to be something with the browser, but changing IE settings doesn't help.  Closing IE doesn't help either.  Restarting the client PC does make it go away.  We haven't been able to reproduce it or find a pattern yet.  I have tried searching, but am coming up empty.  I found a post talking about having PDFs open directly, but we have the UDE Output Disposition set to true on the JVM.  I just was curious to know
