how set a report submited default printer?

hi,

sorry, the issue is end user print in paper format letter, and should be A4

I verify all and seem ok, compare with another printer ,  so on...

what  other set do I verify? profile? language?..?

we change the IP of printer, so how can verify printer is configured to user  and report fine?

do I need to set property from P98616?

how can  test before end user try..?

how to do so..?
