R1220 American upgrade driver failed | running pefksec.sql

Hi Team,

Need your help to fix the issue.

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4.

Currently we are the point of running R1220 American upgrade driver(u10124646.drv merged with latest CUP patches).

Patch failed running pefksec.sql

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file pefksec.sql  on worker  1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
