Upgrading Oracle EBS from R12.1.2 to R12.1.3

Hello everyone..

We are upgrading from R12.1.2 to R12.1.3, I was going through release notes but I am not able to find what changed between 12.1.2 and 12.1.3. Please assist me finding some documentation which compares Rel 12.1.2 and !2.1.3.
