XML report end with error SQLException encounter while executing data trigger

Dear BI Publsiher Team :

I'd migrated a .rdf report to Bi publisher according to the BI publisher Report Designer documentation

the XML report end with error after enabling the debugging :

[011516_202542545][][EXCEPTION] SQLException encounter while executing data trigger....

  1. java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.TMR_Q_AR_GVRMNT_FOLWUP_FNDEV2" has errors

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.TMR_Q_AR_GVRMNT_FOLWUP_FNDEV2"

ORA-06512: at line 2
