How to enforce WCS to load the new CLASSPATH value?

Hi

In Webcenter Sites, I came across the contributor UI controller issue and match the syndrome in Doc ID 1468392.1.

The I have followed the instruction to modify the setDomainEnv.cmd file (I am in windows environment).

But after modified and restarted the CS server in Weblogic console, in WCS Admin sites info, the java.class.path system variables still not being updated.

Then I restart Weblogic and even the Windows server. Still no change.

What is the proper way to enforce WCS to load the new class path value?
