wrong date in the calendar fiscal

The calendar Fiscal 2016 was recorded in February with 28-FEB-2016 as "END DATE" instead of 29-FEB -2016 .
To correct this, I made a change to GL_PERIOD_STATUSES table , changing the " End Date " field with '29 FEB -2016 ' .
The state of the period is "never open" .
