Is it possible to pay using one bank account to multiple OUs?

Background:

We are on R12 [12.1.3] and currently we have setup where one ledger is tied to one OU. We have almost 30 OU's and have bank accounts in each of those 30 OU's. Payments been made using those individual bank accounts owned by each Ledger. Every thing is working fine as expected.

Change:

We are moving to another bank where we are starting the payments for EMEA countries first. We are opening only three accounts in London with currency as EUR, USD and GBP. All countries in EMEA will be paid through these three bank accounts.

Question:

With this change, What ever i heard or read or tried in the system, it looks like We cannot make this happen. With one bank account which is tied to one ledger cannot be used to make the payments to multiple OU's like in this case. I want to be very sure what all are our options in this case and the reason i am raising this question here in front of the experts.

Howdy, Stranger!
