Rman backup has been failing due to

ORA-00230: operation disallowed: snapshot control file enqueue unavailable

RMAN support has asked to apply the patch



Bug 13580513 - RMAN retry timeout of snapshot controlfile enqueue is too short ( Doc ID 13580513.8 )


You can apply below one-off patch or upgrade to 11.2.0.4 :
