SUI theme is not properly in IP2015

Hi Experts,

We are running with Siebel IP 2015 version. We have set default theme as Aurora for all the users.

Now our client is willing to use SUI theme. Unfortunately we are unable to get the theme properly.we missed to see site map hence we are unable to go to other screens.

Kindly provide you valuable suggestions on this. Is it Bug?
