How the prepaid roaming CDRs are rated in ECE+BRM?

Hi,

I wanted to know how prepaid roaming CDRs are rated by ECE and the components needs to be installed?

Do we need roaming pipeline + Diameter GW + ECE + BRM ? or how is it handled?

Please advise.
