Compatibility Rule is not firing on Product Configuration with EligibilityMode=1 and 2

Hi,

I have below product structure,

Test M

+ Test 1

+ Test 2

Under Test M Compatibility Rule 

"Subject Product Test M component Test 1 exclude Test M component Test 2"

When i customize the Test M and Select both component and click "Verify". Getting "No error generated".

Even no error to display the compatibility. This is happening in sample srf.
