What version of OHS should I use with Webcenter Content 11.1.1.9?

I have webcenter content 11.1.1.9 installed (Imaging, Content Server and SOA). I need to add a web tier.

The certification matrix for Webcenter Content sugests I should use OHS 11.1.1.1+ in interoperability tab

WebCenter Imaging
WebCenter Rights		11gR1 (11.1.1.2+)Oracle HTTP Server11gR1 (11.1.1.1+)n/a

There is no mention of OHS version 12.1.3

So I am thinking of using Oracle Web Tier 11.1.1.9.

Would that be the recommendation?
