Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. External Links in PDF output not working

Hello everyone,

I'm using an RTF Template with BIP 11.1.1.1.7.150120.

This RTF template has several links that will send the user to an OBIEE dashboard, so the URL is a bit complex with tons of parameters.

Some of these parameters include spanish characters like á,é,í,ó,ú

If I use Desktop Tool(12c) the PDF Output generates links NOT in UTF-8 so OBIEE does not recognize them well.

When I open the PDF, I see the link and it seem correct(without any html code). When I click on it, the character ´0 is converted to %F3
