Update store address in SIM from RMS

When a store is migrated from RMS to SIM by data_seeding process, the full store address is sent (add_1, add_2 and add_3 lines from addr table in RMS database).

But when those addresses are updated in RMS, only addr1 and addr2 lines are sent throw RIB message. Is there any reason for that? (SIM 13.2.7)
