JDE 9.1 Integration between Shop Floor Management and Advanced Transportation

Is there any standard integration between shop floor management and the Advanced Transportation module in JDE 9.1?  Have customers created shipments for MFG work orders for any reason (is it even possible if you were to setup the doc/line type combo in UDC 49/SD)?  The only example of integration I know of is when sales orders have related MFG work orders.  The lead time put in on the TMS route effects the scheduled pick date which would drive the target WO completion date.  Are there any other key touch points?
