Sales Order Not Get Shipped?

Dear Experts,

I have created a sale order but it is not shipped, once i clicked ship Confirm Button. Further Interface Trip Stop concurrent not submitted when i clicked ship Confirmed button and line status changed to closed however when i re open that sales order in shipping transaction window it shows ship confirm as next step.

I really appreciate your thoughts in this issue........
