Agent Unreachable REASON = Timed out pinging the host

Hi,

We are monitoring target  using oem12c(12.1.0.3)

Agent Version     : 12.1.0.3.0

OMS Version       : 12.1.0.3.0

Some times we receives below alert but target is up.

Is there any exceptions/bugs  for this false notification.

Agent Unreachable (REASON = Unable to connect to the agent at https://v.a.b:3872/emd/main/ [v.a.b]). Host is Unreachable (REASON = Timed out pinging the host for EMD
