Voucher top-up with ECE+BRM

Hi,

Would like to know how the balances are synchronised between ECE and BRM when I do voucher top-up from BRM and at the same time process Diameter Gy top-up request using DGW+ECE?

Is it advised to use BRM Voucher manager for creating vouchers and for top-ups? or need to use NCC for voucher management? Please advise.
