Siebel Order Management - IP2015 - Inbound Order.xml (Payload Optimization)

Hello Experts,

I am implementing Siebel Order Management in a comms vertical and I have one payload optimization query.


When I receive a change to an existing order via  a change order from external channels into siebel, Siebel via. OOTB workflow expects entire order again in a Canonical format (order header and all line items including 1 line item that has actually changed) , we have bandwidth constraints and need to reduce the payload size. In an inbound scenario (from external system to Siebel) Is it possible to receive just changed line items of an order in change order payload that can be used to update siebel system. Is it a standard workflow? or custom?
