logged in EM user does not have connect privilege on this target

Hi,

When I go to target added and go to Availability->Add standby database I get below error:

 

 

Insufficient Privilege

…

The logged in EM user does not have connect privilege on this target. The EM user needs to have "Connect Target" Privilege to perform this operation.
