Different ATO settings in different orgs impacting ATP

Anyway around this issue?

Have 3 orgs...OM validation (EMO) and two child orgs (A &

Star item in EMO is set as ATO item

Star item is built in org A and set as an ATO

Star item is sourced from org A to org B via internal orders.

Star item in org B is not set as ATO because it is a "buy"

Cannot utilize override ATP in OM form...must go to org item and remove ATP attributes...save record...schedule line...reset org B ATP attributes

Very time consuming

Thoughts on working through this?
