Can profile attribute values be updated automatically?

Hi,

We are trying to configure ARM profile attributes (i.e. risk level, frequency) based on GL balance. For example:

1.) GL balance < $1 Million = Low Risk, Quarterly Frequency

2.) GL balance > $1 Million = High Risk, Monthly Frequency

Since GL balances can change frequently, updating attributes manually would be a time consuming administrative task. In the most current ARM patch can rules be used to automatically update profile attributes values? If not, what would be the most efficient way to update attribute values?
