Application of Combo of OJVM Component 11.2.0.4.5 DB PSU + GI PSU 11.2.0.4.8 (Oct2015)

I am looking for a little clarification regarding the application of the following from anyone who may have applied:

Patch 21744348 - Combo of OJVM Component 11.2.0.4.5 DB PSU + GI PSU 11.2.0.4.8 (Oct2015)

   -  Patch 21523375 - Oracle Grid Infrastructure Patch Set Update 11.2.0.4.8 (Oct2015) (Includes Database PSU 11.2.0.4.8)

   -  Patch 21555791 - Oracle JavaVM Component 11.2.0.4.5 Database PSU (Oct2015)

   -  Patch 19852360  Oracle JavaVM Component 11.2.0.4.1 Database PSU - Generic JDBC Patch (Oct 2014)


My environment is an 11.2.0.4 2-node RAC cluster ( GI and DB same version ).  The GI Home and DB Home are not shared on either node and we do not use ACFS.  GI Home is owned by grid user and DB home is owned by oracle user.
