Control Access to HTML Projects

I have been seeing issues when accessing Projects through the responsibility Projects Super User and following the path below:

Projects: Deliver -> Search Projects

Advanced Search

Project Number [starts with] '1'

This is returning all Projects irrespective of OU or profile option restrictions that are valid in Core Forms.

How can I restrict anyone from being able to call back all Projects from with this responsibility?

Any advice welcome.
