Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) (MOSC)

Trying to activate my Service Tags but Product Name is invalid.

I'm getting the following:

sudnp01h : 1 service tags

This asset cannot be activated

Service Tags on asset sudnp01h (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) reports:

Product Name: unknown(Invalid Product Name)

Serial Number: FML09xxxxx

How do I correct the Product Name?

Message was edited by: Wayne Seltzer-Oracle xxx'd out the serial number and IP address as we don't want this private information in a public forum.
