Siebel UCM (WCC) Integration via web services

Working on Siebel / WCC integration via web services.

Created outbound web services in Siebel from WSDLs (Docinfo & Checkin) supplied by Oracle Web Content Center

Have been able to work Docinfo.wsdl with no concerns.

Have also been able to upload new file via checkin web service.

All file attributes (File name, title etc.) are OK but issue with contents of file uploaded on Oracle WCC server. It shows unreadable characters. Any idea
