Agile 9.3.4 database refresh

We have recently refreshed a non-production system from production environment using physical refresh procedure.

This has caused the RCU schema in non-production system to be overwritten by the one in production. Later on we tried to re-install just the RCU schema by dropping the existing RCU schema and recreating the same.

However, Admin server still does not start up giving the exception below. Any suggestions to fix this error?

INFO: Jps startup failed.
