Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

JDK update and formsapp.ear has NOT been deployed

EBS R12.1.3 running on RH Linux 5.10 two node configuration.

Trying to work through a few JDK and Enhanced Jar Signing Guides and running into a problem.

I've applied a number of adpatches and opatches via these documents:

Document 393931.1 - Deploying JRE (Native Plug-in) for Windows Clients in EBS R12 pdf

Document 1467892.1.- using JDK 7.0 with EBS 12.1.3.pdf

Document 1591073.1 - Enhanced Jar Signing for EBS.pdf

This is about my third time going through this process but the first time since we upgraded the databases applied a bunch of other patches.

Last year I found I would run into the "Latest formsapp.ear has NOT been deployed." issue which pointed me to:
