F3102 Actual Costs

We are using actual costs for manufacturing.  The material and labor flows into the F3102.  We have a few transactions where it does not come out of the F3102.  It looks like the F4111 was not done, the F0911 was not updated but the completion came though the F3102 when the work order was closed.  I can not find any white papers to tell me now to fix these integrity issues.  Have anyone seen a clean up process?
