Restore the original /sbin/ifup file

My /sbin/ifup and /sbin/ipdown files have been damaged (0 bytes) and I would like to restore them from the original Oracle Linux 6.6 ISO file, so I need to know in which RPM file these files are stored.  How can I find this out?
