Approval Comments as " Alert not found" on forecast approval workbook

Hi All,

I have recently started working on RDF and would like to know the details if anyone has come across the below scenario.

System Forecast :            0.00

Approved forecast :          0.82

Last approved Forecast :  0.82

This is what I see for a sku/location on forecast approval workbook for a particular week.

We have an alert configured under FORECAST_APPROVAL category and default approval method is set to alert.

What I derived from above numbers is Approved forecast is set to last approved forecast when an alert is triggered.

Issue : The Approval comments shows "Alert not found" and  is no alert is created.
